Lowe's Sr. Digital Product Manager in Mooresville, North Carolina

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team in developing the strategic direction of the assigned digital portfolio in support of ecommerce revenue, omni-channel retailing, and differentiated customer experiences. This includes responsibility for developing and articulating the long-term digital product strategy for the assigned product portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS:

• Develops and champions product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital portfolio by working with cross-functional (business and IT) teams to determine alignment with corporate strategy, functional plans, revenue objectives and user needs

• Adapts and evolves short-term and long-term plans to take advantage of changing business conditions or technological opportunities

• Understands consumer needs, identifies market opportunity, defines the vision, and leads the team to deliver world-class digital experiences

• Leads a team of Product Managers in the definition of product strategy within the assigned digital portfolio (browsers, consumer mobile applications, associate applications, in-store digital, and emerging platforms)

• Serves as an internal expert on digital experience, product management, emerging technology, and digital in the ecosystem of omni-channel retailing

• Aligns efforts across business areas, prioritizing as necessary, and driving results

• Drives innovation across the team using a deep understand of how digital products enable the realization of Lowe’s corporate strategy, with a focus on omni-channel retailing and differentiated experiences within the organization

• Drives projects and tasks to completion through teams, regardless of changing conditions, by proactively identifying potential roadblocks and collaborating with peers from business and technology partners

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or related field

7 years related experience

10+ years experience in product and/or experience management

4+ years strategy and delivery experience in executing world-class digital products and/or experiences

2+ years working directly with internal creative teams and/or external agencies

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree

3+ years experience in Agile

Prior leadership with a top 25 omni-channel retailer
