3D Imaging Research Lead
As a 3D Imaging Research Lead at LIL you will be responsible for developing hardware and software concepts and prototypes that push the boundaries of existing 3d technologies. In depth interest and knowledge in multiple areas such as 3d Scanning, 3d graphics, 3d printing and haptic feedback will give you the tools to be successful in this role. Candidates must have the ability to build technology prototypes using rapid prototyping principles and tools such as 3d printing, laser cutting, molding, PCB development, micro controllers and micro sensors.
Knowledge of 3d rendering, 3d math, computer vision principles and general programming experience will help you to integrate the hardware and software elements of the projects you help to create.
As a research lead you must be willing to provide mentorship and guidance to other members of your team and equipped to work in a highly collaborative, fast paced technology environment.
Minimum Bachelors in CS/ME/EE(Masters and above preferred)
3+ years in product development/prototyping
3+ years software development – 3d graphics/Computer vision related
Working knowledge of PCB circuit design and micro controllers
Knowledgeable of latest developments in 3d imaging technologies
