Lowe's Planogram Facility Administrator in Troutman, North Carolina

Job Description:

The Planogram Facility Administrator is primarily responsible for assisting Lowe’s merchandising teams and product vendors while ensuring the Company visitor policies are followed. The Administrator also ensures the security of the Planogram Facility, updates inventory tracking data, reserves and resolves meeting room conflicts, and assist in reserving merchandising space for over 1,953 bays within the warehouse for merchants and vendors to use at the planogram facility

To accomplish this, the Planogram Facility Administrator must have a vast knowledge of administrative procedures & processes.

The Planogram Facility Administrator will collaborate directly with Planogram Facility Leadership in order to ensure that the Merchants, Product Vendors and all entities of the Company are met per the Policies & Procedures of the Planogram Facility.

Responsibilities:

Desk Responsibility in Lobby of the Planogram Facility

• Greeting on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel

• Acts as first line of security by inspecting all visitors for cell phones, cameras, monitoring access to the facility and insures all visitors sign-in and sign-out utilizing the visitor log

• Provides travel directions to/from other facilities to visitors and employees

• Notifies Planogram Leadership of any unsafe activity or emergency alarms

Day-to Day Responsibilities of an Administrator

• Maintains adequate supplies for office use, while keeping within established budgets

• Keeps all office areas neat and clean

• Maintains office files and records in accordance with established guidelines

• Fields incoming telephone calls and directs to appropriate individuals

• Performs basic and routine word processing of documents, reports, and schedules for department using standard software

• Drafts and types routine letters and memos from specific instruction

• Inputs information such as mailing lists, contact lists, budget reports, etc. into databases or spreadsheets

• Responds to routine requests for information and refers more complex requests to appropriate staff members

• Proofreads and edits documents for spelling and grammar

• Gathers, compiles, and distributes relevant data and information as directed

• Drafts and types routine letters and memos from specific instruction

• Inputs information such as mailing lists, contact lists, budget reports, etc into databases or spreadsheets

• Responds to routine requests for information and refers more complex requests to appropriate staff members

• Proofreads and edits documents for spelling and grammar

Additional Duties and responsibilities

• May assist department personnel with Travel arrangements and travel expenses

• Ensures office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

• Update Facility Manager’s Calendar daily

• Serve as back up for other Administrative professionals during lunch periods and vacations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required

• Working knowledge of with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Calendar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration> with plus 2 years of experience in a Corporate Setting or 5+ years of experience in Business Administration in a Corporate Setting.

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Calendar)
